Well, I don't see anyone paying $149 for the bare tool. Especially when the driver/drill/2 battery/bag/charger combo is $169 at HD. [homedepot.com]
Now, if that $75 off coupon from ACME would have worked then it may have made sense since single tools under $100 are less common. But the coupon is only $25 off $199, so even if you added a filler or two, it's not that exciting.
