The processor, Intel Core i7-6700 is not off the shelf Windows 11 compatible. There are ways to fudge it so it will pass, but not everyone is comfortable doing those.

A lot of people don't want W11 anyways…

This dens high priced for what you're getting. It's 6 gens old.

You can buy this for one of those minis forum or equivelent really small SFF for around that price with much newer specs.
