I still can't believe they're charging this much for a brushed saw. I really like Bosch.. but this saw should be like $89 tops. It's too outdated at this point.
Now, if they gave a new shoe, and frame design that could turn it into a plunging track saw... I'd pay $250 for it.... because it'd be the best left blade track saw in the universe! 🤣 🤣 🤣
When did they have this with the 8ah for $109?
My records show December 15th 2021 for the Profactor 18V 7-1/4-in with free 8ah battery and turbo charger $109.50 (118.26 after tax)

Bummer. Was on the fence with this one - kind of wish I didn't get it now... thanks for the feedback. I rarely use my corded saw... Would I use this more because it is cordless? Likley not. I have a corded chop saw also. This might get returned to the store based on the above.
I may keep it. I am a light user - i got into the bosch line about 1.5 years ago - from having a 20 year old craftsman and a bunch of mis-match junk. $99 with battery seems fair - if I keep my expectations low. Really the last thing I need/want is a jig saw in the 12v or 18v line. I have both lines of bosch... Will likely go 18v with the jig. Honestly these Lowes sales are what got me into the line in the first place. So many good deals 'with free battery' drew me in.
