Not sure how to get the 4 Ah battery. No option for a free gift that I can find anywhere. Aaand then I realized it is 12V. This could have been stellar.

There's a box on the top-right using a desktop browser. Yes 12V, 18V and brushless would have been better.
It's a good deal, but as far as I'm concerned, Makita has abandoned their CXT line. Also, SD mods are awful at determining what is a good tool deal and what is not. They'll push anything FP for the click thru revenue
Ya its a good deal. Issue is the tools are brushed and are extremely weak specs wise. Would I buy this as a tool hoarder? NO. As a home diyer who doesnt have many tools. Absolutely.

The kit w/out battery was a frontpage deal at $83 (refurb). This is new plus you get a battery that's worth at least $40 for $16 more.

Man, I almost bought it thinking it was 18v despite not owning a single Makita product. 🙂

Weird, I'm still seeing $99. You just have to add both to cart.
