I bought this a year ago for $49. It's a great light weight shoe I use for traveling. I usually run in GT-2000s but this is more than sufficient for treadmill use. I got another pair at this price.

I used to wear Asics as I also have big fat feet but last time I tried a pair on a couple years ago they felt narrow and my feet felt smooshed. Not sure if they changed anything or just the model I tried on ran more narrow but I'm more trigger shy about buying them without trying them on now. I think if they had them in 4E I'd give them a try but they don't so I'm not buying

Nike and Adidas are the two worst as far as being too narrow goes

Asics makes Extra Wide - I'm wearing them now. Normal ones pinched me, need Extra Wide. But yeah, sadly they're rarely ever part of any of these sales.
