I received the stand today. Saw should be coming soon. Purchased for 299+ tax. Not difficult.

I used HD 299 link to force Lowes to price match.

I tried to price match with Home Depot and Amazon's $299 price and Lowe's customer service showed me the terms and services for price matching stating that price matching could not be combined with any other Lowe's offer aka the free stand. How did you get them to do it?
