Plus it once suddenly powered off on me when I was trying to use the camera (and it wasn't a heat issue)... it only happened once but it shows they are still getting the bugs and kinks out.
But other than the above mentioned issues, it has been working well.
Interesting my Motorola powers off when I use camera. Happens too often
I bought the 6 pro on launch and went through the same type of issues. Google is not the only ones to beta test on paying customers.

I dont think they did that bad a job on the fingerprint scanner...I was specifically afraid of this because a part of my thumb was cut off a few years ago and scarred over.
The scanner on the iPhone 7 and up always hated my thumb as a result as well as the one on the Moto g5s and a bunch of others where they use your thumb on the front versus your index finger on the back.
