100W is good for up to some laptops. With that thought in mind when ever UGreen 100W cables are on decent sale I buy a couple if I don't have any of that length or angle or if I recently got more USB C devices or need a backup at the office in case I forget to put one in my bag after a trip. Now when I need a cable for a device like my Steam Deck or Switch I know what ever random USB C cable I own will do the job.
I hate my assortment of USB 2.0, USB 3.0, USB micro, USB Mini cables.. Some working for charging some working data transfer needs on older devices..
I have one 100W USB C UGreen cable that I bought 3 years ago almost I use every day, accidentally harshly bending it and yanking on it occasionally and it's still working just fine, that's why I've stuck with the brand for USB C cables.
Edit: I'm trying to power this [amazon.com]hub, so I think everything should work to get charging on the XPS 13 and the Anker nano charger... correct? Or do I need a 100w capable wall charger?

I got a MacBook Pro a few years ago with Thunderbolt 3 ports only.
I had a LOT of trial and error before I educated myself on the USB-C/Thunderbolt standards and data transfer rates for different applications.
TL;DR
FOLKS if you want to keep it super simple......
GET USB-4 / Thunderbolt4 cables (40gb/s gigabits per second)
and you will never run into any issues charging or transferring data (at full speeds)
FYI: USBC4 / Thunderbolt 4 cables are more expensive
If you are ONLY USING IT FOR CHARGING then get any USB-C cable with the correct wattage.
You'll thank me later.
BTW the 6ft version is $8.79 - no coupon.
