This is not a great deal by any circumstance.

14" HD (1366 x 768) 16:9, 200-nits, 45% NTSC, LED Backlit, Anti-glare display

- Poor color coverage
- Very dim
- Very bad viewing angles

Intel Celeron N4020 Processor 1.1 GHz (4M Cache, up to 2.8 GHz, 2 cores)
4GB DDR4-2400 MHz on board

- Very slow no matter what you do
- Won't run more than 1 or 2 programs

64GB eMMC

- 30GB+ free space left
- Slow storage compared to today's SSD

Please get a Chromebook instead with this specs.

Yeah.
I actually bought one last time, not that bad for the price paid, MS 365 personal included. Added a NVMe SSD for extra storage and speed.
Seriously, I believe there will be more and more stock clearance for these N4020 laptops in the half year coming.
look like they have unlimited stocks…

So I am considering this as a Steam Computer only to take to house parties and play jackbox. For that I am gonna have to take it out of S mode and be able to install Steam and a few jackbox games. For tech people out there, do you think this will work?

Also, if you live near a Meijer you can make this more slick with the $10 in Mperks for every $50 in gift cards purchased, including Best Buy. Effective Price is $90+tax on $110.

Do you need to buy a screw for the m.2 ssd or does it come with it?

I would say NO screw included judging by a video I just watched of someone taking it apart. No screw was there. Just the empty slot.

It's not included. You may take a look of this as suggested by a SDer here

If you need a Windows PC and this is your budget considering getting a used desktop or laptop with 8 megs of ram and a real hdd or ssd.

It will better long term. As well as save a machine from waste. If you buy this it will be extra waste.

This spec I would not recommend for Windows. Chrome book is ok. But at 109$ there are options for. 1080p screens.
