I don't what you're talking about. That's definitely a Costco shelf tag. They are always in half-page format with the 6 or 7 digit item number. The font matches what I always see, The asterisk/star* means a discontinued item that will not be re-stocked at that store. It doesn't always mean a discount but in this case it is going along with a promo. These are often end-of-season deals which I'm sure Greenworks sponsors. They don't want to keep a warehouse full of these over the Winter so usually have good promos now till late Fall.

EDIT but you are right, Sams Club has very similar shelf labels. But this one is Costco based on what I mentioned.

Good to know. I didn't know the asterisk is a discontinued item. Thanks for the heads-up. Hopefully it goes on clearance so I can get a price adjustment

It's 30 days for price adjustment, when you see it on sale grab one, check out and return to the old recipe.

You can get 80V mower 21" for $299 which makes this killer deal if you have smaller backyard. I have 5000sqft and can mow twice for one charge and still some juice left.
