I think this is a good fair price for 50". But since I'm not on the market for TV I am interested what BF deals would look like. Seen lot of TVs going on sale lately.

These aren't "Pioneer" pioneer, they've licensed the name to, I want to say, Hisense? Maybe Onn? Keep that in mind.

Hisense TV's are "disposable", and Amazon hardware anything is not something you'd be buying for longevity.

Spend a little more and get something better is my 2¢.

Sad to see what has become of the Pioneer brand. I've had a couple of Pioneer TVs in the past, first was a ginormous rear projection (Elite branded) TV that must have weighed about 300 lbs. I gave it away after my second move with that TV because I didn't want to deal with moving that beast. My second was a plasma set that I bought in the late 00s. Loved that TV. Ended up giving it to my MiL but still enjoy watching it when visiting her house...

I am deeply ashamed to admit, but my main TV is Zenith 50" Plasma from 2011 SD deal. No burn in and PQ is outstanding. During same time i went thru 3 LED TV's(LG, Samsung, Sony) down the drain in my other house with much less watching time.

Yep I wish my dog didn't throw a bone at my 55in plasma. None of these non-oled 4k TVs have been an upgrade and half of them have died within 2 years.

Amazing how light these TVs are. My 50" Panasonic Plasma weighs 70lbs. This is <25lbs. Crazy.
