Fat from nuts is extremely healthy - this is faulty advice from the 1960s that snack companies peddled. It would be wise if everything would just completely ignore nutritional labels and look only at the ingredients. Non-processed fat (everything except Trans fat) is completely healthy and necessary.
This is a good price, and I would order, but I can't imagine what these would look like after sitting in the back of a non-A/C truck all day in 95+ degree weather before delivery.
I'll pass until Oct - Nov. thank you.
A little high on sugar. 50g of natural almonds would have the same amount of fat (and protein). However, looking into the ingredients, it also contains palm oil which is not a healthy oil and not good for the environment.
Probably better off just eating minimally processed almonds. often half of the price per oz.

Looks like a great deal, has never been anywhere close to this cheap on Amazon. Protein is 6.02 cents per ounce with decent ingredients, that's very good for a bar.

6.02 per ounce? You mean per gram? That's 28x difference
