Note: Although the product page mentioned this to have USB 3.2 Gen2 Typ-C port, this supports USB4. That information is old and the Product page probably has not been updated. HP has released official Product specification of EliteBook 8xx G9 series with Ryzen 6000U series and all of them (13 G9, 14 G9 and 16 G9) support USB4. Below is the link: -

Good price for this specific HP model. You can spec a similar Z13 for less than this if you are OK to have a 512GB SSD, which has much faster RAM which can yield 10-20% FPS improvement when using the 680M (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F7VV_PxuLws).

That said, if you ever wanted to go beyond 32GB, the HP isn't soldered so you could go to 64GB, plus this has more ports and a bigger screen.

I don't think anybody considering Z13, will consider this and vise versa because the size difference is too much. The closest competitors are ThinkPad T16 and P16s. However, none have USB4 and using soldered Ram. I don't think gaming is something people are going to consider while purchasing these high end Business laptops. if that is a priority, then even ThinkBook 13s Gen 4 with 6800U and 16GB LPDDR5 at $850 is a better choice.

I look at most of your posts on laptop and am thankful to you for that.

Downvotes May be because this is pricey.
But People may not be aware that this is a business class laptop comparable to Thinkpads.
