200W, that is a lot. Might get better bang using HID instead of LED.
This is a cinema light with the option to be powered by batteries, adjust the settings wirelessly via app or separate remote, mounts on industry standard stands, and comes with a mount that can accept a variety of accessories for shaping the light.
If all you care about is light output, HID may be cheaper per watt, but what you're paying for here is the ability to have fine control over the light, both in placement (batteries/wireless) and in shape (bowens mount).
Just the bare light unit or come with remote and batttery/AC adapter too?
If just bare unit, doesn't work by itself. Do come with remote and adapter, good price?

I know this is advertised as a video light, but would one be able to use this for portrait photography and used with a soft box and beauty dish?
It will work fine, but your subject might find the constant light uncomfortable. A flash typically produces a lot more light for a short duration, so a model wouldn't find light from a flash to be as annoying.
