I was looking at the Omeda setup as an alternative to Unifi, as they're impossible to get sometimes. Looks like a good deal, but I don't need it right now.

yeah, Ubiquiti new stuff is very hard to get, because they are popular.... or at least better than Omeda-3 stuff...
interesting thing is, this is the regular price, so this is 5% deal... This is a little bit more complicated setup than regular home AP, unless you want to play with VLAN, multiple SSID... you need to have a router that can do that, though.

I've heard nothing but good things. I plan to switch to the Omada ecosystem in the future. Waiting for a multigig switch to go on sale.

I ended up building my own opnsense multigig router with a cheap mini PC. Multigig routers/switches are so expensive that using an actual PC with a high end NIC actually is the low cost approach.
