    I'm actually due to replace my current ones from target, can't remember how much that 6 pack cost but over time they've broken and got lost, I'm down to 3 left in the lawn. These will serve just fine, hope they last at least 2 years

    It's my limited understanding that many of these no-name/tiny sellers based in China more or less just put their full address as the "business name". So crammed together is probably the region/street/district/etc. Makes it difficult to actually find anything out about the seller but it's better than nothing I guess? I think they can just make up whatever they want for "Seller name", so my hope was that by having business names in posts we could see if some businesses were popping up under different deals/sellers etc repeatedly.

    If the light stops working before you toss it, first try replacing the battery..if that doesn't help and the solar panel is cloudy use a used toothbrush and some toothpaste (or brasso) to clean the solar panel. I've brought a couple back from the dead via these. No need to spend a whole lot on high mah batteries because in most cases the solar cell can't charge ones like 2200mah full with the available sunlight (unless you live in alaska!) so the cheaper ones will work just fine...just make sure to match ni-cd and ni-mh as some of the older lights still use ni-cd.

    great tip, I did just that with my previous ones from target. the included rechargeable batteries are complete garbage so I had to put my fancy eneloops in after the first year; I expect the same from this set.

    What broke for me is the plastic pole. Over time they would just crack and break off and for at least one of my units, the actual solar top got lost somewhere (rolled down the hill?) so I lost my damn eneloop battery for that one
