Ordered. This looks significantly better than the pellet pizza ovens. I've had my costway pellet pizza oven for 3 months and made probably 50 pizza's, and I can't get them how I like them. I really hope this works out.

You have a different product from this company that doesn't work, so you're going to buy another more expensive one?
Usually when I buy a product that doesn't work as advertised I steer clear of the brand entirely, but you do you boo.

Looks decent if you want to deal with the wood. Too much work and mess for me. I was hoping this would be gas.
All the photos and reviews on Costway's site are fake and it's being sold on a Chinese manufacturer's website so I don't trust anything about it. As the manufacturer of the product they have every incentive to lie to you and make the item sound much better than it actually is. If this was being sold through Amazon or another company where I could at least look at user-submitted photos of the real product in use I might consider it.
From what I can tell this is a slight variant on this pizza oven, which is sold under a ton of different manufacturer's sub-brands and which has tons of obviously fake reviews (despite getting an A on Fakespot) along with terrible 1-star and 2-star reviews from real humans.

Which is why I own an Ooni. Aways searching for a deal on something decent for the vacation home. This obviously isnt it. I see these all over Facebook marketplace also.

Wow, 50 pizzas in 3 months. You must have a big family or just love pizzas 🤣

I don't have a problem with costway, I have a problem with that design. I don't think even the most expensive one of this style, the ooni or whatever, would work for me. The pizza stone just doesn't hold enough heat to cook the crust crispy. That's why this one looks promising. Direct heat on the bottom. Here is what I posted on a different thread:

I have the costway one of these and they are finnicky at best. I can get mine to like 1200F (according to the thermometer) but the stone on the bottom doesn't retain enough heat to cook a pizza curst all the way through. The best way I have found to make it work is to throw the 60 second pizza idea out the window. Get it as hot as you can, and as soon as the flames stop shooting out the top, put the pizza in and move it around every 30/60/90 seconds from front to back etc to distribute the heat into the crust as much as possible. If you put the pizza in while the flames are still going, the top of the pizza cooks in 60 seconds and the crust is half raw.
Or maybe the costway one is worse. I don't think so though, they all work using the same basic principal. pellets in the back that you feed manually. I bought mine and tried very hard to make it work, but its a lot more effort for a worse product. I ended up going back to my 550F oven with a regular pizza stone.
So maybe you are right, but maybe not and its the exact thing I'm looking for.
