This looks like the same design as the fairywills...the modes are all the same... And it seems to have the same type of replacement head. If that's the case, you can easily get the handle for $12 or less. Heads are around $1.25 each in bulk.

If it is the same as fairywill, then the handle is good stuff... I'd just wait for cheaper.
