Can this be wired for power of needed? Looks like it's stuck in the archaic ages of 2.4ghz

Does *not* support HomeKit (unlike some of Eufy's other Cam's which is why many of us switched to them).

I'm considering installing this to cover our front porch:

1) How good or bad is the motion detection? Or perhaps I should ask how accurate or fast it is?
2) Does this model support activity zones [eufylife.com]? I didn't see this specific model listed as being supported.

Because wireless cams don't need the bandwidth of 5ghz. The 2.4ghz is for the range.

Why not support both? Some people have extenders if needed or simply install them indoors. 2.4ghz is pretty slow if you want to review video stored locally.

It's not that bad. My cameras load up in 5 secs or less 95% of the time.

No local storage? No thank you
Plus, if your router doesn't have a separate 2 4ghz ssid then forget it
