Maybe if your monitor cost less than that. Some people have ultrawides or OLED tvs they use, that cost a lot, weight a lot, and don't want to put it on a crappy Chinese arm. Your not the target market.

I don't think they were proposing to use a crappy arm. Their alternative option is to put the monitor on the desk at this price. I'd do the same. Of course I have a really big desk so that probably makes a difference.

For sure good price, I pay $379 for this 6 months ago for my Samsung 49" ultra wide. Keep in mine Ergtorn want to take more money from you in order to use it for my Samsung 49" I need to get an addional Heavy-Duty Tilt Pivot mount with is another $80. For sure the mount and the adpater cost over $400 but it is worth it for me, because I need an monitor arm for my office. Ergtorn know they have an issue with the mount itself instead of fixing it they make you buy a $80 adapter for it. For sure this is not for everyone but it is one of the best monitor mount I have ever used.
