Zavvi lego sets are constantly posted on SlickDeals. I've had multiple orders with them and no issues. Think for every 1,000 good things, people will focus on the 1 negative

if you have no experience with them you shouldn't comment off google reviews....LOL
alot of people used zavvi and outa 1000-2000 to 1 there is bad experience. you can't please everyone.....
and YES i've ordered many from them without issues

10 of 10 sets, big sets too, have arrived in perfect condition. Only thing is if they are out of stock, you might have to wait 5 months as I did for the Chinese NY set preorder. When it ships though, it arrives in 3-4 days from the UK. Sometimes by fedex international or DHL.

LEGO has it listed as temporarily out of stock as of today. I purchased this yesterday from Amazon and the box is not in the best of shape so it appears someone returned it. I have initiated a refund and will wait for it to be back in stock at LEGO. The message here is that LEGO is not retiring this set anytime soon.

Out of my 3 experiences with Zavvi the first one was terrible, product didn't show up for like 3 months, no tracking was available, no customer support. Not sure if there was a change in management or something in the company because after that one since they gave me a coupon I purchased a second one and it showed up within a week and a half then my third within a week both with tracking. If I had based it off my first purchase yea terrible but overall now they're not terrible and they have great deals on some of the expensive sets. Keep in mind your order might take a little longer because sometimes they get held up in customs but usually not too long.
