Someone mentioned other slicers on sale, so I looked a bit.
Although double the price, this one gets far better reviews, and seems a reasonable deal:

So I decided to buy the above Cuisinart one...
If it sucks, I will just return it to BB.

I wish there was a way for it to fold up into a small tiny cube 2hen not using, else for $25 it would be a no brainer if it works....but issue is storage

I would freeze the raw chicken breasts for ~2 hours before shaving/slicing
