A $400 emergency vet visit later(I was afraid that there had been something poisonous in the food) my veterinarian told me that my cats were having a severe allergic response to the completely inappropriate ingredients.
Fortunately they were able to give my cats some IV medication to help with the allergic reaction, settle the nausea and get them rehydrated. He told me that they get one to two emergency visits for food allergies every week, and 90% of the time it's the same dozen or so garbage products that cause it, and the rest are when the cat eats dog food or chew on toxic plants.
He said that outside of physical injuries and infections, the number one reason for cats needing treatment in his clinic was because of renal failure and)or cancer, both of which are caused by feeding your pets shitty food.
From everything I've read about this product, Purina definitely counts as shitty food. 👎
If you actually care about your pet, spend a few bucks more per week and buy the good kitties the good kitty foods. 😽
