Heck, aren't these off-lease machines that have been heavily abused by business users who kept them on 24/7 for 5 years ?
They usually are in pretty good shape. They replace keyboards that have faded letters, newer touchpads.. etc. but this is still 8th gen Intel processors.
They do have some 10th gen dell latitude 7410's for 600's with the 325 off latitudes code

Not necessarily. A lot would have sat in a docking station in an office for most of their life.
Mine was left closed and connected to a Type C docking station for two years generating heat. Probably due to this heat random keys on the keyboard started failing until it was unusable. Thankfully it was under a purchase contract that let you purchase an extended warranty even three years out. They fixed the keyboard, replaced the battery, and even detailed the case after a $200 warranty extension.
Does the USB-C have the DP and power delivery?
Found very vogue desc here, say ing it's optional: "One USB 3.1 Gen 2(USB Type-C) port with DisplayPort/ Thunderbolt/ Power Delivery(optional)"

Go by condition listed and get the best you can if interested. These are A grade so will be in pretty good condition. But yes, a number of years old.
