    This is a great faucet! I've had it since 2019 when I bought it from Costco for $99.

    I love the motion activation but it's a bit annoying if the other people in your household don't actually turn it off that way. If they shut it off the old-fashioned way (with the handle), it kind of defeats the purpose.

    Have had 2 of these fail on me already. First one the sensor completely stopped working in a couple years, other one started failing after a couple months. Loved the handsfree of it, but I wouldn't buy this brand again. The control box is also cheaply made and can leak easily. The other downside of this model is the sensor is too sensitive being in front and when hand washing larger items in sink it turns off and on a lot. I'm tired of changing it out and ended up turning it to manual mode. This is a good price for it though, cheaper than Costco.

    You want the one with the sensor on the goose neck of it, not at the base. I got the one at the base and it's always accidentally getting turned off/on when you're washing big things like a cutting board and such.

    I have this and prefer the sensor where it's at. I know those who own ones with the sensor is at the top of the arch and it's not as responsive, often times having to touch it to turn on. Secondly, it's much too high for kids. For those that find this too sensitive, they may not know about the adjustment below at the box. I had it very low at one point, to where I needed to basically touch it, and needed to dial it back up. I would absolutely buy this again but... At $99, not $120

    Same as well.. def like the sensor placement higher. Annoying part is the button on the faucet head to turn off water is only on this model

    Had mine for 5+ years. The controlbox broke, a replacement including shipping was less than $30, pretty reasonable.

    Wish this was the everyday price, hate to buy just to stock for parts in the future...

    bought this back in 2019 and still going strong. Install was very easy (the difficult part was removing the existing faucet)

    I've used two brands of these touchless motion sensor faucets. One was a Moen brand that had a sensor on the base above the handle. This one naturally turns on when you want to wash your hands, but holy crap the number of times we accidentally turn on the water when we didn't mean to. Hated it. It was also momentary, so you need to keep the thing in front of it that you're trying to rinse off and that's not always convenient.

    The Flow Motion sensor is in a better spot, at the base of the faucet. It requires you to move your hand towards the sensor to activate it, then move your hand towards the sensor again to turn off the water. Way fewer incidences of accidental activation. Good for handwashing. Great for washing dishes because you wave at it with a spoon or a dish itself, and it stays on for the rinsing, then you wave again to turn it off. Not sure I'm getting the concept across in writing, but I liked the way it works much better than the Moen I had.

    The negative thing about the Flow is the quality of the equipment. I've had the electronic box stop working (solenoid not activate). I've also had the faucet head's mechanism get stuck in the plugged state, so no water comes out. The company quickly sent a replacement, so they support their product well, but the QC sucks. I agree with the other comment about how cheap the box is. The manual bypass on the box makes me think I'm going to break the plastic and create a leak, although that hasn't happened (yet).

    The Flow lets you control the temperature/pressure with the handle, but the handle has to stay in that position in order for the touchless to work. It also means guests can't use the faucet normally. To get "normal" mode, you need to go under the facet to the plastic box and turn the manual override thing.

    Wait, you can adjust how sensitive this is at the box? I didn't see that in the instructions. How did you adjust it at the box?

    Got this during the last time it was posted on SD, right around start of the pandemic I recall. Was perfect timing and now I would definitely get a motion activated one if I needed as it's much more convenient and keeps the handle relatively clean too.

    Are you able to change how fast the flow is on the motion activation? Would seem like a waste of water when use it to wash your hands and it's in full blast.
