**Must use Hack**. Milwaukee M18 fuel Bandsaw Deep Cut Kit. Typically retails for $519.00 at HD. today they have it on sale for $389 and you get to choose a free tool. once you have worked your lil Magic this $520 beast of a tool will be all yours for the low low of $271.18 that's a savings of $249 (%48)
Gets kind of annoying when people use the full msrp as a basis when trying to say you're saving "this much" money on a "deal". Nobody in their right mind is going to pay full price for milwaukee tools(which is why most of us are on here, right?). Anyway this particular kit is always readily available for under $400($349 on ebay) so I believe that is the number that should be used for comparison. This still might be an OK deal for those that really need one but I've definitely seen it quite a bit cheaper in other deals.

As a contractor there's tons of times I've had to pay full price for something because I need it today. If it's a lemon or breaks I can just take it back to Home Depot and exchange it, whereas I'm SOL on ebay. I don't have a problem with people listing the "walk in and buy it now" price because this lets me know how much I can save by being prepared

I too am a contractor and I've never once went into a home improvement store and paid full price for a power tool. That only happens if you're not prepared or don't really know what you're doing. Also, using this tool as an example, this particular kit isn't available at any of my local home depots so not really sure how they'd replace a broken tool on the spot when they don't even carry it in stock?? In either case even if they had a particular milwaukee tool on hand that needed replacing I wasn't aware home depot warranteed milwaukee tools. I thought people had to send them into milwaukee to get repaired/replaced. I know they do with their in house brands like ridgid and husky but not sure they'll just replace any tool just because they sell them....

Well I have about 20 crews going between resi/commercial/multifamily plus 8 or 10 subcontractors so bandsaws and sds drills walk off all the time, cost of doing business. if I see a good deal I try to buy a few and keep them at the shop but sometimes guys are in other cities or they/me are just busy so I have them just go buy one if they need one. If you're a small time contractor with not alot going on then I can understand trying to save every penny and only ordering things that are on sale
