Love this; I've had two (accidentally poured oil in the machine with no pot in place, so had to replace) and they have never had issues. The size is great for cooking bone broths. My family actually uses these for cooking pho.
I've been waiting for this to go on sale to grab another.

My first post here.

Seems like a good deal, lowest I could find is in 84$ in Amazon.

The same except for some of the obscure high end instant pots. Duo Plus on down its the same.

The 6-qt. has gone on sale for $30. Two of those might have more utility than one massive pot. Ribs in one pot, Corn on the cobb in the other running simultaneously. If the deal ever comes up again.

I wouldn't recommend 6qt, I have a Cuisinart 6qt and it's a bit too small, for example if I was doing pork spare ribs I can't fit the whole rack in a 6 qt. It's always better to have options for more space. Another example is when u back stock from meat/bones, in a 6 qt pressure cooker, u end up with very little stock since the meat/bone takes up half the space. I am contemplating in this or wait for the gowise 14qt to come back in stock. They have been out of stock for at least a year now.

What's good/different in the high end IPs compared to this?

All the IP's have sous vide setting but only a few models have the temperature feedback and precisions setting to even consider it.

I fit two racks of St. Louis easily in a 6-qt. And two baby backs are doable as well, although that is a bit tight. But then you can do one each in the two 6-qts easily. I'd go for an 8 before a 10 though because the bigger it is the more you have to toss into it to get a decent depth of liquid if you're brazing. Also the more liquid inside, the longer it takes to heat and the more time it will consume to reach temp.

Whenever you buy an electric pressure cooker I recommend checking to see if you can buy extra seals before you commit to buying it. If you cannot find one the shelf life of your machine won't be very long.

I found them on Amazon:
Original Sealing Ring Compatible with Crock Pot 10 Qt Pressure Cooker - Replacement Silicone Gasket Seal Rings for 10 Quart Pressure Cooker Crock-Pot 10 Qt [2097588 & 2097590] Model Accessories Parts https://a.co/d/7lRriOA
