Trying to get my wife into golf and she's enjoyed the range. She's a pure beginner and she has a small frame and weighs only 98lbs.

She actually has great form, but no power. Would this be a good starter set or is there something else I should be looking for?

Take a look at the Inesis 100 set for $250. I'm just getting into golf and after doing tons of research on beginner sets I decided this was the best for me. It's a simplified setup but for me I know it will allow me to just play the game and work on fundamentals rather than fret over which club to use etc. They also have a nice ultralight bag for $90.

The Costco set is a really good set, but probably more than a true beginner needs.
Dicks has a TopFlite set on sale right now and that comes with a bag and is around half the price.
I bought my wife this set last year and it's been great for her as she only gets out a couple times a year. If she gets really into golf then we'll sell this set and upgrade.

Thanks for the recommendation! My wife went golfing with me and another couple recently. She did really well. Was looking for a starter set that wouldn't break the bank for Christmas. This should do the trick!

Not a bad recommendation, since the bag is going to add another $150 to the Callaway price. A big total spend for a new golfer.
