There's nothing to sync, they are headphones. You just use their app to pair, which isn't the best, but it's not bad either.
Lastly, some of the best customer service if you ever have an issue! Let me guess, you're one of those millennials who are afraid of talking on the phone and instead always use the chat feature, where you can't communicate crap? Lol.
