I'm not sure if EU measurements expect feet as wide as your ankle and as flat as a cartoon character, but these are just all wrong.
I normally run a size 12 and even their size 14 was just slightly longer with the same width.
If you have the patience, you might be able to throw them in a shoe stretcher or heat up the padding until it conforms to fix the strap issue. But if you normally wear wide shoes, forget it.

Not to mention all the stuff at TJ Max and the like get beat up and worn by a bunch of gross people... and that's if they even have your size to begin with.
Plus, returning Amazon orders in person at Kohl's dropoff locations also earns you a $5 Kohl's coupon each time, so they're practically rewarding you for gambling on items you may not like.
All you get when you return stuff to TJ Max is a headache.
