Looks like they are also doing business as "Generator Factory Outlet" and "Factory Authorized Outlet". Got terrible reviews on resellerratings.com. Anyone else have experience with them?

Considering that both Lowe's and Home Depot only get a 1.00 rating at that site, FAO's 3.69 looks pretty damn good.
