I was wondering how are "checking" offers used. Once I realized it's by debit cards that's a hard stop. I haven't used a debit card in 15+ years

I don't have these offers, but my Chase Freedom Visa has a 10% credit back from Kroger.com exp 11/4/2022. Has anyone used the similar offer buying gift cards at giftcards.kroger.com and got credit back?
