Wow, this is about as low as I've ever seen these. KC Tool [kctool.com] currently has them on sale for $71.75. Take a look [google.com] - nobody else is even close on this price. I think one of the reasons why we're seeing such good deals on German tools from Amazon in the UK is due to the British Pound trading at record lows against the US Dollar [nytimes.com].

Lowest price since November 2020 when it was $33.

Not sure why they included 21mm but not 16mm.

Keep in mind that Amazon UK was likely not offering free shipping in 2020. Only recently, as far as I'm aware, did Amazon start offering free shipping from the UK. So, in 2020 it would have been $33 plus international shipping from the UK.

It was a good price. I was thinking to buy it earlier but good thing happened... price went up lol.
Actually, I looked at post #2, where he was not happy that 21mm was included (Toyota/Lexus) but 16mm was not. I was thinking that 17/19/21mm are the standard car lugs but never seen a car with 16mm, so I start searching which car uses them and completely forgot to buy.

Interesting. And I thought everyone simply wrapped some painters tape around their sockets before working on the lug nuts.

Don't forget that not only is the plastic sleeve more reliable than something like painters tape (that comes off when it rubs against an aluminum wheel), but the plastic sleeves are removable. If you remove the plastic sleeve, then you have a thin wall impact socket that works in tight wheel lug nut/ lug bolt access scenarios.

Also, this is the lowest price I've ever seen these sold at (when you factor in shipping costs) - and even without shipping included, it's STILL a lot cheaper than most other retailers, today. At any rate, a little surprised that it ended up netting a whopping 0 thumbs up in the end.

Deal is Dead.

I use electric tape. Doesn't come off as easily and it's actually softer on the wheels than whatever plastic sleeve options.
