I will not touch any stacksocial "deal". Check the last deal for the fake Amazfit a lot of people fell for . I am one of them. https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/t/16051576

Maybe just a bad experience but I got screwed last time. You only have 30 days to install and then the activation code must get resold. I contacted Microsoft and Stacksocial and the code was used but not by me. They sent me a new link in an email but told me I had 1 hour to activate it, lol. I travel for work and also not near my computer. Finally, got tired of fighting with them over it.

The code I got last time (single lifetime license) was also already in-use by another account. I contacted support and they made me do some screen shots of my Microsoft account to prove it hadn't been added. Then they issued me a new code with a similar "activate this in the next hour" decree. It worked and I haven't had any problems since, but it all definitely feels shady given the "mix-ups".

I got the single-license deal a couple of months ago. Activated the code to link it to my Msft account right away, but didn't actually install the software until about a month later. It's been working fine for me.

No, these keys are NOT legit. Yes, they may actually activate just fine but there is a chance you encounter problems later. These are most likely volume licensing keys that were sold to a large organization and are now being resold in violation of Microsoft's terms of use.

And yet Slickdeal mods still allow it. I've reported it and escalated to mods but they still allow them to spam this form with this stupid post.

Pretty sure SD is getting a cut, no other reason to allow illegal keys being sold.

Agree and would add...why would you permit/encourage a seller that is going to lead to a poor consumer experience? It ultimately reflects on SD. I know it can't be perfectly policed but at least prevent known abuse. Very short sided decisions being made.

Lol, yes and, what about anchor bullshit MSRP pricing the staff posted "deals" have? Misleading. Mostly see this with Macys.
