Not sure if it is the same store to store but for my region, here are the gift cards that are covered in the promotion:
Aéropostale, Burlington, Gap Brands, Macy's, Top Golf, Microsoft Xbox, Fanatics, Old Navy, Kirkland's, Spa & Wellness, by Spa Week, Uber, DoorDash, Instacart, Domino's and IHOP

So in this case, make sure there are things from the list you are interested in. Good plan overall OP for those interested in combinations of these. It also says max 5, so you might need to ensure 50/per if looking to do 200 (but not sure if you could ring up 100, stop and then ring up another 100).

Max 5 refers to the bonus cash offer (in other words, up to $500 in GC's, not the physical number of GC's) The list you provided is exactly the same as the ad scan I posted.

This is an excellent deal for people who regularly use Instacart/Uber/DoorDash

Just tried this with the Xbox gift card and it didn't work. Might want to save some time and headache and avoid this when using the XBox gift card.
