Firstly, BS is busted for Target pricing, and Target is having a lot of theft which is messing with inventory, so the only thing you can sorta rely on is that if BS says a store doesn't have something.
Secondly, have you seen the price of gas recently?
Thirdly, your average Target employee isn't going to be jumping on this. It's a great deal if you want one, but you aren't going to get rich reselling them.
Lastly, I think a lot of stores (Target and Walmart for 2) are getting wise to this dumpster diving activity and restricting information they provide thru their APIs (to BS and others) to drive foot traffic to the stores. That's what I would do anyway.
