On edit: I was able to do it 8 hours later. The "Shipping" box was available when I checked again, unlike Sunday afternoon. I chose "Shipping," added the items to the cart, then after going to Checkout I was able to change to "Free Ship to Store."
BTW, I used PayPal through my Chase Freedom card for an extra 5% off.
I checked Costco and 20c an ounce was about what the huge chocolate bags are going for this year

Looking at that pic, I would be eating a lot of peppermint patties.
Unfortunately it is extremely dependent upon your location. Some stores may go 30% off the day after while others may go 50%. I have seen stores all across the board with their discounts. Even stores in the same chain.
