These are some serious specs (CPU/RAM/SSD) for the money. I don't think I've seen another laptop with 12th-gen i7 and as much RAM and SSD for this small a price.
Does this have HDMI? I cannot see that it does and I need to be able to hookup to TV of projector. Thanks.
No HDMI port on the laptop but you can always get a cheap USB-C dock that has it. If it were me, I would get one with a few extra USB ports just to be on the safe side.
That being said there are two thunderbolt ports and I have no idea if a thunderbolt to HDMI cable exists. Don't know a lot about thunderbolt but I do know it supports monitors so it might work for you

This does check a lot of boxes but only 14" screen. Was pretty disappointed when I opened the link.
14" size, with a power hungry Intel processor and 52 WHr battery? Yeah, that sounds like a recipe for high temp and meagre battery life. The latter, if true, would be disappointing considering it's 14" so portability is one of its main selling points.
But these are just my speculations, the real life result could be different.

I'm thinking the same. Plus it's a small i7 not a full size one.
I have an i7 1165g7 and the I can't even play Fortnite at 60fps at 1080p. Only thing I wanted it to do while traveling… Lame.

Damn, actually wouldn't have mind 14 inch but the battery life is probably bad.
