The description is unclear tho and mentions both 300 and 600.

CAP product specs on this are all over the place with 300, 500 or 600 lb capacity depending which site you check. Amazon typically has it for $50 with 1200+ 5-star reviews. So this is a good price, but weight capacity is unclear. It's probably 300 based on price.

Totally confusing on what the max weight limit is. However, the 1 review for this model on Walmart website states that the manual it came with says 600lbs and he tested up to 460lbs. Might be worth it especially for teens that I have.

I would avoid it if you are going heavy.

I got it during the pandemic and did skull crushers and I felt the bench lift up 😂

I guess it all depends on what exercises you will do on it
