This is a pretty good deal for a 5.5qt French-made Le Creuset, esp in this color and knob combo. There are a bunch of colors avail from C&M's Black Friday Sale at this price, but the Deep Teal color with the copper knob is definitely one of my favorites.

my le creuset are still happily working after all these years, where as other pots are long gone and forgotten.

But why the hell did they redesign their age old product to look like this crap about 5 years ago? They used to have solid colors, now everything except white had a gradient.
The above said, one thing I did not realize is that it comes with two (2) knobs. When I opened the box, I was like WTF, where's that beautiful copper knob at? It had the now-standard stainless steel colored knob. Inside the base of the pot, there is air baggy wrapped copper lid knob. You just have to unscrew the one that it ships with and screw in the copper version. It really is a beautiful piece.
