Questions
1. Does the mop attachment need to be removed for it to vacuum carpet? This is a huge drawback on my Roborock- i have scheduled carpet vacuuming daily so never bother to put mop on for the occasional hard floor areas
2. Does it have multi floor support? Able to map 2 stories and be moved between them?

1. No. You don't need to remove it when vacuum on carpet. Carpet vacuum is the default mode. You have to do some extra steps to set up a mopping run.
2. No, you can only add one floor. Adding second will erase first map.

It's the RV2001WD model. It has more reviews across multiple vendors.

It's the RV2001WD model. It has more reviews across multiple vendors.
The size and weights are different. There is a one star review of the RV2002WD on the Walmart site where the reviewer said the cleaning pads are no longer available. I did a quick google search and couldn't find any RV2002WD pads, only RV2001WD. So if the RV2002WD cannot accept the RV2001WD's pads you might be stuck once the pad wears out.

I highly suggest people buy the extended warranty. I doubt these things will last more than 2 yrs.
