Was looking for protein powder and saw that this Cellucor 5 lb container of protein powder had a 25% off first S&S coupon on it. Total price after 25% coupon and 5% S&S was 42.87 before tax. It seems to have a good combination of protein content, low fat, and low cholesterol. Some reviews mention the taste isn't great, but they seem pretty mixed.

Chocolate only stinks though. Still worth the buy though if you like chocolate and are among the large majority of bodybuilding science newbies out there who don't actually need or see any tangible benefit is spending more on pure isolate powders (aka: barring legit allergy or sensitive digestive concerns, the micro fraction difference in most cases and in the grander scheme of how it all adds up isn't ever going to show up in your desired "gains".)

I noticed in the ingredients that two thickening agents, Cellulose Gum and Xanthan gum, are listed. They also seem to be listed higher up on the ingredient list than in most protein powders.
This is a hard pass for me.
FYI - XTEND Pro Protein Powder is also ridiculously thick.

remember, what you do in the kitchen is more important than what you do at the gym. play the long game, you will not find any shortcuts.
Tons of sodium and gmo feed go into those chickens though. Anyone recommend and protein powder without any artificial sweeteners that actually taste good?

What point are you trying to make here?
That said these guys have a pretty solid on the up and up track record of providing a lot of the more extreme bodybuilding enthusiasts what you seem to want there. I happily used them for years before the major wholesale supply costs spike for the entire industry (their prices almost doubled accordingly) basically pushed my cheap butt into being more willing to make a compromise in the amount of additives i was willing to accept in a trustworthy powder if it meant a cheaper overall price switching over to the bigger mainstream brands:
