Instant savings coupons from local utility providers are stacking on top of Black Friday prices, resulting in huge discounts. for Texas ONCOR customers, Nest Thermostats have gone from $130 to $24.99 after ONCOR coupon.

Claiming the instant saving coupons on these websites doesn't indicate the customers are required to participate in these programs. (Although Nest's app sometimes might be persuading you to enroll after you installed your thermostat)

thought so and filled the form but not recognizing my address
Not everyone we have GP&L, no ONCOR for us.
I actually *wish* I could enroll in the local program here because Id get a $50 check per year per thermostat enrolled... But my thermostat isn't compatible. If you have a high efficiency heat pump, you likely can't enroll either.
You can also just override the rush hour event if you wish, at the moment of initiation. However you won't get all the free $ if you do this.
