note that Lite edition only has 2 video outputs
For occasional video editing you will be fine with almost any newer video card. You can safely ignore EmailNBheleu. I am a professional editor and videographer. If you were going to be getting into more serious video editing, and time was of the essence, I'd say that nVidia is the most supported amongst the video editing softwares. That only means your rendering will be faster and you might be able to edit 8K timelines without proxies. A waste of money for your usage.
This, to me, is entirely a question of budget. Personally I would go with the 5700g, but that would be for the flexibility of light gaming. If I wasn't going to do any light gaming you will probably be happy with the 12600k. You could always add a budget graphics card later if you wanted a little more capabilities.

The 5600g and 5700g are only pci-e 3 capable. This card is pci-e 4 capable. Also does your b550 mb have pci-e 4? If not, maybe you can go for an even cheaper GPU that's compatible with pci-e 3 to save more money?
Oh ok... Hey what do you recommend for a non gamer who does occasional family videos and photos editing. Should I go with the 5700g or the i5-12600k for longevity, but also cost savings? I don't think I will need a dedicated GPU for my needs but I'll get one down the road if I have to. I know that the 5700g iGPU is superior to the UHD 770. But the CPU performance is better with the 12600k. I think I will only need to use the E cores on the 12600k because most of the time I use the computer for web browsing, watching YouTube, Office suite. I just wish that the 12600k comes with the Vega 8 iGPU of the 5700g then I'd be perfect for my needs! What do you think?
