LEGO NASA Space Shuttle Discovery 10283 LEGO Set on sale with free shipping for $189.99, down from $199.99. This appears to be lowest price unless you're shopping on Ebay used. Not a stellar deal but the lowest price lately and doubtful it will go lower between now and Christmas.
The listing also mentions $45 Kohl's cash to be used by Dec 7 but I'm not sure how that works.

If you are planning to buy this set anyway, you are getting $45-60 of free merchandise. Kohl's is often more expensive than other stores for similar items, but for things like LEGO sets, you can get more for the same amount of money out of pocket.
