    I've had bad experiences with Chicken of the Sea sardines. They were super mushy, and I know taste is subjective but mustard and sardines don't compliment each other. I honestly couldn't even give these away.

    Yeah sardines are the original "superfood." They're incredibly healthy and without the mercury that comes from larger fish. Not a threatened species at all either. Mustard sauce is an acquired taste though, lol.
