Take a look at FancyZones as part of Microsoft's PowerToys program.
There is software you download from the LG site to use it as a split screen. But the software emulation of split screen is still not as good as two physical monitors.
I used to have dual 27" monitors. Replaced it with this LG. But I still wound up keeping one of the 27" monitors next to this monitor, because I like having a second monitor to drag various windows over to a dedicated monitor.
A 27" monitor lines up very nicely with this, as far as the height of the two being in alignment. Could even do a triple. With this curved in the middle, and a 27" on each side. But that is overkill for my purposes.

I got this through an Ebay refurb deal a couple of months ago for $269 or so. The monitor is absolutely huge. I was getting ready to send it back because I thought the picture quality was just awful even running at full 4K resolution. I turned off Windows HDR and wow what a difference. This seems like a pretty solid deal. Hope this helps someone.

Agree, this is a great deal. I bought it last year during Black Friday for $350 and it has come on sale for $350 a few times since then as a front page deal. $299 is a no-brainer.

Well it's not a 4K monitor for one. 😅
Because this was very popular deal at $350.

It works well for my use case - coding. However, there's already a dead pixel after a 1.5 year of using it.

I see the Monoprice 35in goes On Sale 11/23 for $272.
Despite the $28 price difference, I'd rather buy from Costco if they're both very similar monitors.
