The Big One 70/30 cotton/poly blend sheets from Kohl's are really great. Percale weave so they sleep crisp. They wash up really well and don't wrinkle much.

We use them in our vacation rental. They wear like iron. We still have the originals I got 5 years ago in the rotation.

Microfiber is good for kids beds.

A twin sheet set (it says "sheet set" in the description) only comes with one pillowcase. All other sizes will have 2.
