If you want to be an amazing coworker you can get 72% RH boveda packs and keep them with the cigars in a Ziploc bag or Tupperware, otherwise just keeping them in a Ziploc bag until you give them out will be okay, they'll just need to sit in your coworkers humidors for a little while before they can be smoked (which some people might do regardless of how you've kept them anyway so ymmv)
