I have one of these and have been happy with it to maintain temp in a good sized room. I like that it has a digital thermostat where I can see the temp and it does a good job targeting that temp.
Question is was it even a good deal at 39.99 ? 8 hour shut off seems pre-mature.
I bought it for my sons nursery. It emits a plastic odor, we ran it for 2 weeks around the house but it has not gone away so will return it. Also, the thermostat is "too smart"...as you have to set the temperature 3 or 4 degrees lower than you actually want it to be.
I have this for 2 years now, works well but I wish you could set a temperature and only use low heat (H1)setting. When you use the temperature control, the heater resets and runs on high heat first, and when that temp is met, it goes to low heat, turns off +3 degrees - they call this feature AutoEco
The H1: 750 watt and low fan
The H2:1500watt and low fan
The H3: 1500 watt and high fan
The H2 setting is useless at least for me.

Use low heat unless going from extreme 3/4 degree difference. Love that this can be set 67/70 and stay just perfect for long time on low
This or the black vornado that was on sale for $60 last month? The vornado is kinda slow at getting room warm and I'm curious what the electricity bill is going to be like..

How it's worded is misleading. It's up to a 8 hour sleep timer (1 hour increments), not auto shut off after a certain time.
I've had run it running for 12+ hours without turning off.

Yes you can manually set the temp and it will maintain it. I usually use the high 1, 2, and 3 settings.
I don't remember what I paid but it was on sale. Would buy it again at this price.

Make sure to turn it on outside to burn off any manufacturing residue before use.
It will run 24 / 7, unless you set the timer.
Have had it since last year and the only issue is that it beeps loudly when any button is pressed.
The remote / buttons are a good size and easy to press.
I bought it at full price and would do so again. I'm tempted to buy it again and store it as a back up.
